Paganini’s Legend x Devil Violin Maestro Alexander Markov (Presenter: CHK Youth Symphony Society)
Postponement/Refund Arrangement
Due to Alexander Markov’s medical surgery needs, the originally scheduled event “Paganini’s Legend x Devil Violin Maestro Alexander Markov” on 4th August 2023 (Friday)19:30 at the Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall will be postponed to 28th April 2024 (Sunday) 14:30 at the Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall. Ticket holders of 4th August 2023 Paganini’s Legend x Devil Violin Maestro Alexander Markov” can attend the same concert on 28th April 2024 2:30pm with their original chosen seats. It is not necessary to exchange for a new ticket.
If the audience cannot attend the postponed concert on 28th April 2024, ticket refund can be processed. The refund details are as follows:
Ticket holders can request for refund during the period from 25th July 2023 to 25th September 2023 (any date after this period is invalid for refund) at the following address within the office hours listed below:

Ticket holders should present the original tickets intact(with stubs) of “Paganini’s Legend x Devil Violin Maestro Alexander Markov” for cash refund.
Ticket holders who have purchased tickets via Telephone/Website/ App must collect their tickets at URBTIX Self-service Ticketing Kiosks in order to request for refund, please visit www.urbtix.hk for locations of self-service ticketing kiosks.
Ticket holders may be refused for the refund if the ticket is damaged or defaced. Upon successful verification, the tickets will be collected by the staff and a cash refund of the total face value of the ticket(s) will be made to the ticket holder. All handling, mailing and courier charges (if any) collected for ticket purchase via internet, mobile app and telephone booking are non-refundable.
In case of any dispute, the presenter reserves the right for the final decision.
